J’utilise ce glaçage quand je veux finir un gâteau rapidement. La texture est souple, facile à travailler, même sans être très à l’aise en pâtisserie. Le goût chocolat est assez intense, plus proche du chocolat noir que des glaçages très sucrés, ce que j’apprécie. Ce n’est pas du fait maison, mais pour un résultat régulier et rapide, c’est une solution fiable.

J’ai utilisé ce glaçage pour un gâteau au chocolat. Il s’étale facilement et le rendu est propre sans trop d’effort. Le goût chocolat noir est bien présent, pas trop sucré, ce qui équilibre bien le gâteau.
