Preparation & shipping

  • All orders ship within 48 working hours (no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays).
  • You receive your tracking number by email as soon as the carrier collects your parcel.
  • Every parcel is sealed with our MyAmericanMarket tape and a tamper-evident strip guaranteeing its integrity.
  • On larger orders, the packaging comes in MAM colours for a polished unboxing experience.

Collection at the pickup point

Collection window

Your parcel stays available for 5 working days at the pickup point. After that, it automatically returns to us.

Shipping costs remain payable if the parcel is not collected.

Collection security

All Mondial Relay and Inpost pickup points are under video surveillance. Present an ID and the collection code received by email.

Fragile products

Despite our reinforced protection, some items remain sensitive to the hazards of road transport.

  • Aluminium cans & bottles — dents may appear. The contents remain drinkable, but an exchange isn't guaranteed for purely cosmetic damage.
  • Moulded chocolate (eggs, bears, bunnies…) — very fragile structure. No exchange in case of breakage during transport.
  • Glass — reinforced packaging but breakage is possible. A reservation must be noted on receipt, otherwise no refund is possible.
Summer period

During the warm months, chocolate may arrive melted. No claim can be accepted for this seasonal reason.

You have the right to inspect your parcel in front of the carrier or at the pickup point. If there's a problem, note a reservation immediately — it's the condition for any further handling.

Loose candy & confectionery

Confectionery sold by weight is packed in individual bags by flavour. Several units of the same item are grouped in a single bag to optimise weight and space.

Need a separate bag per unit? Mention it in the comment field of your order.

Claims

Key point. No claim can be handled if you accepted the parcel without a reservation from the carrier or the pickup point.

For automated locker collections (Inpost lockers), inspect your parcel on the spot. If there's an issue, the locker screen offers to contact Inpost directly: open a case immediately.
