2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products made on the My American Market website between the company CLIC PHARMA and any consumer. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

3. Products
The site offers imported food products, confectionery, non-alcoholic drinks and grocery items. Essential information (ingredients, allergens, best-before date, origin, batch where applicable) is shown on the product pages.
Photographs are non-contractual. Manufacturers may change packaging, recipes or formats without notice.

4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of tax and excluding shipping costs. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.

5. Orders
The order is validated after payment. The seller may refuse an order in the event of fraud, dispute, non-payment or anomaly. The customer is responsible for the information provided (address, email, phone).

6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The accepted payment methods are:

Payments are secured through third-party providers. No bank details are stored by the seller.

7. Delivery
Delivery in France and across Europe via Mondial Relay and other carriers offered on the site.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, the period or the destination.
The transfer of risk takes place when the parcel is handed over to the customer.
In case of a damaged parcel: immediate reservations with the carrier + mandatory photos. In case of loss: a carrier investigation is required before any handling.
A parcel declared delivered by the carrier is deemed handed over to the customer. In the event of a dispute, an investigation may be opened with the carrier.
Returned parcels (incorrect address, absence, non-collection) may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain products are not subject to the right of withdrawal (perishable or unsealed products).
For other products, the customer has 14 days from receipt. Products must be returned complete, unopened and in perfect condition. Return costs are borne by the customer.

9. Imported food products
Products may come from different countries and show batch variations (taste, texture, packaging). Such variations do not constitute a defect.
Best-before dates are shown on the product pages or packaging. A short best-before date is not grounds for a claim if it was visible before purchase.
Heat-sensitive products (chocolate, confectionery) may undergo changes in appearance during transport without affecting their fitness for consumption.

Any claim must be accompanied by evidence (photos, order number). Consumed products are not refundable except for a hidden defect.

The seller is not responsible for misuse, allergies, incorrect storage or acts of the carrier.
Liability is limited to the amount of the order.

The customer benefits from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.
