J’utilise ce glaçage Betty Crocker quand je veux finir un gâteau sans me compliquer. La texture est souple et facile à travailler, même pour quelqu’un qui ne pâtisse pas souvent. Le goût chocolat est équilibré, suffisamment présent sans être écœurant. Ce n’est pas du fait maison, mais pour un résultat régulier et rapide, c’est une solution fiable.
