J’utilise ce glaΓ§age Betty Crocker quand je veux finir un gΓ’teau sans me compliquer. La texture est souple et facile Γ  travailler, mΓͺme pour quelqu’un qui ne pΓ’tisse pas souvent. Le goΓ»t chocolat est Γ©quilibrΓ©, suffisamment prΓ©sent sans Γͺtre Γ©cΕ“urant. Ce n’est pas du fait maison, mais pour un rΓ©sultat rΓ©gulier et rapide, c’est une solution fiable.
