J’ai découvert le Bisquick avec des recettes américaines et je comprends pourquoi il est autant utilisé. La préparation est vraiment simple, que ce soit pour des pancakes, des biscuits ou même des recettes salées. Le goût est assez neutre, ce qui laisse la place aux accompagnements. Ce n’est pas du fait maison, mais pour un résultat rapide et constant, c’est très pratique à avoir dans ses placards.

J’utilise le Bisquick surtout pour faire des pancakes et des gaufres. La préparation est simple, le résultat est régulier et le goût est neutre, ce qui permet d’ajouter facilement des garnitures. C’est pratique quand on veut gagner du temps sans se compliquer.

This product is great for so many things.. quick bread cakes and much more. I hope it will be available in larger packages in the future.

If you want your pancakes to be fluffy and not flat like mine were you have to whisk the batter for about 2mns medium speed it's as simple as that. And maybe cover them per the advice of someone here. I find Bisquick has too much salt in my taste. I like aunt Jemima better.
