I love both buttermilk and cornbread muffins with a meal. This product makes everything really easy and the muffins can be baked while I'm still putting the finishing touch on dinner Sometimes it's a real lifesaver.

I make all of my other muffins from scratch but somehow I have never been able to get corn muffins to taste as good as they do when using Jiffy's. Great product!

Instructions de préparation
Stir mix together with 1 egg and 80ml milk. Pour into muffin cups and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15-20 minutes.
