I love both buttermilk and cornbread muffins with a meal. This product makes everything really easy and the muffins can be baked while I'm still putting the finishing touch on dinner Sometimes it's a real lifesaver.

I make all of my other muffins from scratch but somehow I have never been able to get corn muffins to taste as good as they do when using Jiffy's. Great product!

wheat flour, corn meal dégermée, sugar, vegetable oil (palm, soy), raising agents (E500, E450, E341), salt, wheat starch, niacin, dextrose, fer réduit, corn starch, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, natural flavour, folic acid, anti-caking agent (E551).

Instructions de préparation
Stir mix together with 1 egg and 80ml milk. Pour into muffin cups and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15-20 minutes.
