This "champagne style" vinaigrette gets its name from its light, lively taste, thanks to wine vinegars and grape juice. It doesn't contain any champagne.

Dijon mustard gives it body, capers and garlic add a bold note, and cracked black pepper finishes it off. Honey rounds out the acidity without making it sweet.
