A necessary ingredient I'm my chicken broccoli casserole. Tried a substitute and it just wasn't the same. The best!

It tastes good not as amazing as i expected but it is a very versatile ingredient and has a nice texture i used it in pasta with chicken as sauce and it saved me the hassle of making a sauce from scratch. So it gets 5 stars from me for convenience.
