Sauce parfaite pour accompagner un riz ou des légumes. À privilégier sur le poisson plutôt que sur la viande. Étant familier des piments de Cayenne et tolérant bien la capsaïcine, je la trouve peu épicée mais mon entourage l'évite pour l'opposé ! Si comme moi vois appréciez cet aspect, optez plutôt pour le modèle Extra hot.
