Monster Energy: the energy drink with the cult claw, in an explosion of flavors!
Recognizable anywhere by its M-shaped claw logo, Monster Energy is one of the most popular energy drinks in the world. Beyond the classic version, the brand rolls out an incredible variety of flavors: Ultra, Juice, Rehab, Reserve... Enough to find the boost that suits you. So good!
MoreThe Monster Energy story
There's a long history behind Monster. The parent company, Hansen, started in 1935 in California as a modest seller of fresh fruit juices. Everything changed in 1992, when Rodney Sacks and Hilton Schlosberg bought the company and steered it toward drinks. In April 2002, they launched Monster Energy: a large black can decorated with the famous neon-green claw. The bet paid off — by offering a more generous size than competitors at the same price, Monster quickly took off. Today it's the second energy-drink brand in the United States, just behind Red Bull, and the company was even renamed Monster Beverage Corporation in 2012.
The boost that won over the world
Need a good pick-me-up? Whether for a workday, a workout, a mental push or a night that promises to run long, Monster is there to keep you going. But what made its success beyond the boost is its personality: a bold graphic universe, daring flavors and a young, rebellious culture that speaks to fans of extreme sports, gaming and music.
The Monster universe: over 30 flavors and several lines
In about twenty years, Monster has become a benchmark with an arsenal of more than thirty drinks. The care put into the cans' looks goes hand in hand with the richness of the flavors on offer. At MYAM, we regularly expand our selection — here are the lines and flavors available right now.
The classic Monsters — the must-have original Monster Energy, with its famous black can and green claw, and its unique energizing taste. Also available in a Zero Sugar version for the same boost without the sugar.
The exotic and fruity flavors — the Mango Loco, made with mango juice and its gorgeous "Día de los Muertos"-style can that whisks you off to Mexico, the Pipeline Punch (passion fruit, orange and guava) and the Pacific Punch (fruit punch). Juice-packed Monsters for fans of sunny flavors.
The Java Monster line — where Monster meets coffee! A creamy, latte-style boosted drink, perfect for coffee lovers who want an indulgent pick-me-up.
The Ultra line — light, lightly sweetened and refreshing, this is the pastel-colored line that won over a wide audience. You'll find the Ultra Vice Guava, the Ultra Wild Passion (passion fruit), the Ultra Violet, the Ultra Sunrise (citrus), the Ultra Blue Hawaiian and the Ultra Punk Punch.
The Juice line — Monsters boosted with fruit juice, even fruitier, like the Juice Voodoo Grape.
The Rehab line — tea-based, perfect for a less bubbly version: the Rehab Tea + Lemonade and the Rehab Peach Tea.
Special editions and flavors — the Reserve Orange Dreamsicle (inspired by the American orange-vanilla treat), the Strawberry Shot and the Electric Blue. Several of these flavors also come in a Zero Sugar version for the same taste without the sugar.
The Monster range grows regularly, so keep an eye on the shop's new arrivals!
Did you know Monster cans are collector's items?
Many fans collect Monster cans for their spectacular designs. The brand is also deeply involved in sports and music: it sponsors Formula 1, MotoGP, extreme-sports and e-sports events, which has made it a true icon of youth culture. More than a drink, a whole universe of its own.
A fan's tip: serve it ice-cold
The secret to enjoying your Monster to the fullest? Serve it nice and cold, straight from the fridge or over ice. The fruity flavors of the Ultra or Juice lines are especially refreshing in hot weather. Invigorating and thirst-quenching, guaranteed!
