Sauté sliced chicken with taco seasoning. Roll in corn tortillas with grated cheese. Arrange in a baking dish. Generously coat with enchilada sauce. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream and coriander. There — homemade enchiladas!
