My American Market = Products from America…and beyond!

As you know, our team is always on the lookout for products that will take you on a culinary journey to the United States from the comfort of your couch. Whether it’s a first-time trip, or a throwback to your last trip state-side, you know you can rely on us for the real thing.

Since the inception of My American Market back in 2009, the food legal landscape within the European Union and France has become increasingly more restrictive, and controls from local agencies more frequent.

Our products are consumed on a daily basis by thousands of American families and meet local food standards. Unfortunately, however, the concentration of certain ingredients does not comply with European legislation, which is much stricter when it comes to long-term risks of high-dose consumption of certain additives and colorants. 😪

We have thus had to remove from our catalogue dozens (hundreds?) of brands and products synonymous with the US: Lucky Charms, Froot Loops, Wonka Nerds Rainbow, Cheetos 😩
We’re incredibly disappointed by this situation, as it gave us great joy to share with you these fun and amazing products that could ONLY be found in the US!

That being said, there are thousands more products across the world that are equally worth exploring, and we hope to share many more amazing discoveries from the far reaches of the world with you!

We’ve been steadily adding to our catalogue some delightful candy, chips and sodas hailing from Japan, Korea, Europe, and soon all corners of the world! Betcha gonna love ‘em! 🖐️🪓
