Very Good Sugar Cookie
Once butter soft, combine mix with egg and you're ready to bake. I used tablespoonfuls and got more than 24 cookies, 27. No matter how you form them they become round once baked, nice! Taste good too and great for dipping in my espresso lungo in the AM.
