*Notice to Canary Islands' customers: My American Market always ships to Canary Islands via french postal services. Since the Canary Islands is an outermost region of the European Union, customs services can retain your parcel for a few days and occasionally make you pay the IGIC tax.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PARCEL? My American Market aims to dispatch all paid orders placed on the same day or the very next business day. You will receive your package’s tracking number by e-mail after your order is shipped. French Postal Service (La Poste), TNT (Express) and Mondial Relay provide 24/7 tracking information via their websites. IMPORTANT: Please inspect your package for missing or damaged products while the postal representative is still present and before you sign for the delivery. Don’t hesitate to refuse the parcel if the box appears to have been opened or is seriously damaged. If this is the case, be sure to detail the exact reasons for the refusal.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS? Shipping rates are calculated according to package destination and weight. As you add items to your shopping cart, a shipping estimate is calculated for you. By default, this estimate corresponds to the Mondial Relay delivery option and a Metropolitan France address. The actual shipping costs will thus vary according to the option / destination you choose when actually checking out. 1/ If you live in Mainland/Metropolitan France: > Mondial Relay (Parcel shops) > French Postal Service - La Poste Colissimo (Home delivery) > Mondial Relay (Parcel shops in Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain only) > French Postal Service - La Poste Colissimo International Parcels (Home delivery) 3/ If you live in the French Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM): > French Postal Service - La Poste Colissimo DOM-TOM (home delivery)

Mondial Relay is our most economical shipping option. With Mondial Relay, your package is delivered to a local business near you in approximately 3/4 business days (Monday-Friday). When you select this delivery option, a list of possible drop-off/collection points is given from which to choose from. Once your package arrives, you will be sent an e-mail stating that you are free to pick up your parcel. Mondial Relay delivery times are not guaranteed.

> French Postal Service : La Poste Colissimo (Home delivery)
With Colissimo, you will receive your package within 2 business days in mainland France, Corsica, Andorra and Monaco.
A 2lb/1kg package costs 7.33€ to ship with Colissimo. For a complete table of prices per lb/kg, click here.
> TNT (Express home delivery)
If you wish to have your package delivered by the next business day before 1:00 pm, you can opt for TNT. Orders placed after noon will be sent the following business day. > Mondial Relay (Parcel shops in Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain only)
Mondial Relay is our most economical shipping option. With Mondial Relay, your package is delivered to a local business near you in approximately 4-6 business days. When you select this delivery option, a list of possible drop-off/collection points is given from which to choose from. Once your package arrives, you will be sent an e-mail stating that you are free to pick up your parcel. Mondial Relay delivery times are not guaranteed and are a bit longer than Colissimo International.
